Ben Affleck ‘in hurry’ to sell shared home with Jennifer Lopez

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez appear to be speeding things along concerning their shared Los Angeles mansion.

The expansive Beverly Hills property was publicly listed for $68 million on Thursday, July 11, by the couple, amid rumours of their possible split.

“They decided to list the house very recently, within the last week,” a source told Us Weekly. “They thought they could sell it off-market but made a game-time decision in order to put more eyes on the property.”

The insider added that Affleck and Lopez are “in a rush to sell” and the Air director “especially wants to be done with the house. He was never happy there.”

“Ben and Jen never felt settled” in the “incredibly huge house” in Beverly Hills, which takes up 38,000 square feet and boasts 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms.

The source continued, “They rarely have all the kids there at once, so it felt huge for the two of them.”

Rumours of a possible split between the couple began circulating in May when reports suggested the pair had been “having issues” in their marriage.

Neither of the parties have commented on the matter despite the growing speculations about the matter.
