The highlight of Jang’s visit will be her signature Shakti Healing (Reiki) sessions. Reiki, a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation, also promotes healing. This gentle practice involves placing crystal stones on the chakras and using hands to heal through a gentle touch. Reiki not only induces deep relaxation but also assists in the body’s natural healing processes, fostering emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. Guests will experience relief from emotional stress and an overall improvement in well-being through these sessions.

Originating from Thailand, Jang Kanlayanee brings extensive experience and expertise to Milaidhoo. With a background in Health Science, she has dedicated twenty-five years to the spa and wellness industry, working in numerous five-star wellness resorts around the world. Jang’s passion for teaching and training in wellness and yoga therapies is evident in her holistic approach. She is committed to sharing her knowledge and helping others achieve a balance between the body and mind. She believes that when the physical body is healthy, everything else will naturally follow, leading to a radiant and vibrant life.
