The color palette is rich with symbolism; passionate reds and mysterious blues enhance the narrative woven through the fabric.

ASICS introduces the ‘Limited Series,’ blending Japanese Kabuki-inspired artistry with advanced athletic apparel technology.
Featuring bold designs and a symbolic colour palette, the collection includes singlets, jackets, and shorts with ACTIBREEZE technology for comfort and performance.
Designed by Ali Keys, it fuses tradition with innovation, celebrating ASICS’ heritage while embracing the future.

To further enhance the functionality of this unique collection, each item features ASICS’ ACTIBREEZE technology for superior comfort and breathability for optimal results. This runner-focused feature ensures that the runners not only look exceptional but also feel supremely comfortable and perform at their best.

Ali Keys, head of Design for Global Running Apparel at ASICS, explained the inspiration and design process behind the new line of “Limited Series“. “This collection is a vibrant fusion of traditional Japanese Kabuki art and the latest in athletic apparel technology. We’ve printed these artistic inspirations directly onto the athlete tanks and extended this visual narrative into each piece of the collection, making each piece a canvas that tells a story. By using bright colors to tape the seams or accentuating features like zippers, we enhance the functionality while maintaining aesthetic fidelity.”

The new “Limited Series” is a celebration of ASICS’ heritage and a forward-looking journey that honors its origins while embracing the future. ASICS invites runners to experience this unique fusion of art, culture, and athletic excellence – a synergy only ASICS can deliver. Packed with Japanese Kabuki art and ASICS’ technology, the items are now available.
