Sakho—a pioneer in garment automation, specialising in bonding and stitchless garment technology—introduced its cutting-edge stitchless garment technology, at the Garment Technology Expo (GTE) 2024 held in Bangalore, in September. At the fair, Sakho showcased the company’s latest bonding and embroidery machines, including the Martin fusion machine from Italy, which enable seamless garment production without the need for stitching.

Speaking to Fibre2Fashion, Akesh Kumar, Business Head of Sakho, emphasised that “while the stitchless technology is still gaining traction in India, it offers significant time-saving and cost-efficiency benefits for manufacturers by reducing manual processes involved in traditional garment production. Though time-consuming initially, this advanced bonding technology is steadily being adopted in India.”
