Stocks to Watch on February 20: Domestic markets remained volatile on Monday, with benchmarks closing nearly flat, continuing the ongoing consolidation phase. Today, shares of Cyient, Waaree Energies, BSE, Tata Technologies, Orchid Pharma, and other companies will be under the spotlight due to several significant updates.

IREDA and Tata Technologies: Shares of IREDA and Tata Technologies are in focus following an announcement by the NSE confirming their inclusion in the futures and options segment starting from February 28.

Cyient: Cyient has appointed Sukamal Banerjee as Executive Director and CEO, effective from February 19.

Religare Enterprises: Religare’s open offer received a lukewarm response. Data shows that only 231,025 shares (0.07%) were tendered against 90,042,541 shares (26%) being offered.

LTTS: L&T Technology Services (LTTS) has set a target of $3 billion in revenue for the short-to-medium term.

Sterlite Technologies: The NCLT has approved the demerger of Sterlite Technologies and STL Networks.

Mahindra & Mahindra: Mahindra Group has partnered with Anduril Industries to develop Autonomous Maritime Systems, advanced AI-enabled Counter Unmanned Aerial System (CUAS) technologies, and innovative Command and Control (C2) software.

Iris Business Services: Iris Business Services has signed an MoU with the Department of Industries, Trade & Commerce, Government of Goa, to support the growth of the MSME ecosystem in the state.
