The ex-date for these corporate action are falling between April 15 to April 17.
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders 2nd Interim Dividend Record Date
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited, defence PSU, declared its 2nd interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. In the filing, PSU also announced the record and payment dates for the said interim dividend of FY25.
Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders has fixed Wednesday, April 16, 2025 as the record date for determining the eligibility of the shareholders for the said interim dividend of FY25.
“Declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend of Rs. 3/- per equity share of Rs. 5/- each fully paid-up for the Financial Year 2024-25. Further, the Company has fixed Wednesday, 16 April 2025 as “Record Date” for the same,” the company said in the filing.
The payment of 2nd Interim Dividend will be completed on or before 07 May 2025.
Hexaware Technologies Interim Dividend Record Date
Hexaware Technologies Limited has announced an interim dividend of Rs 5.75 per share with a face value of Rs 1 per equity. It has fixed April 15 as the record date and ex-date for the said dividend to determine the eligibility of the shareholders.
All eligible shareholders with their names in the list at the end of Record Date will be eligible to receive dividends.
Akme Fintrade (India) Limited Stock Split Record Date
Akme Fintrade (India) Limited has announced the face value split (sub-division) in the ratio of 1:10, meaning one equity with face value of Rs 10 subdividing into 10 equities with face value of Rs 1 each.
It has fixed April 17 as ex-date and April 18 as record date for the stock split.
Sanofi Consumer Healthcare Final Dividend Record Date
Sanofi Consumer Healthcare Limited modified the record date for the final dividend of Rs 55 per equity share from April 28, 2025 to April 17, 2025.
