Located in Hoa Hoi Industrial Park in Cat Hanh Commune in the Phu Cat district with a total investment of VND 495.8 billion (~$20 million), the project covers 8.4 hectares. The capital includes $8 million in equity and $12 million in mobilised funds.
Vietnam’s Binh Dịnh Economic Zone Authority has granted an investment certificate for the TnB Vietnam fashion manufacturing plant project, funded by Singapore-based HGQ Asia.
The first phase will see construction of workshops, warehouses and offices, installation of machinery, workforce recruitment and training, and initiating production till October 2026.
