Here’s the recipe to make the glow-enhancing soup:
Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 small beetroot
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup of water
Recipe
- Cut the tomatoes and beetroot into small pieces.
- Add some water to a pan and boil the chopped tomatoes, beetroot, and garlic.
- Let the mixture cook on a low flame for 10 minutes, then allow it to cool.
- Blend the mixture in a mixer to make a smooth paste, then strain it.
- Heat the soup again, add salt and black pepper, and mix well.
- The hot soup is ready to serve. You can skip straining it if preferred and add a teaspoon of white butter for extra flavour.
